Tappan Lake Marina

Tappan Lake Marina, located within the scenic Tappan Lake Park in Scio, Ohio, recently underwent a comprehensive renovation project. This multi-million-dollar upgrade aimed to enhance visitor experience by improving the marina's facilities and amenities. The new marina includes a bait shop and the Waters Edge Kitchen + Bar restaurant, offering modern conveniences and services for guests.

The park itself is a hub for outdoor activities, featuring 600 campsites, rental cabins, a public beach, hiking trails, and ample picnic areas. Known for its excellent fishing opportunities, particularly for bass, Tappan Lake hosts numerous fishing tournaments annually. The marina, spanning over 9,500 square feet, provides boat rentals, docking facilities, and other recreational services, making it a prime destination for boating enthusiasts and nature lovers.

As part of the renovation, Alpine Heating & Cooling Services was involved in installing an advanced HVAC system to ensure optimal comfort for visitors. This system includes energy-efficient features and green infrastructure to align with the environmental sustainability goals of the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District.
