Troyer's Bakery

Alpine Heating & Cooling, a division of Alpine Services, executed a comprehensive HVAC installation at Troyer's Bakery, renowned for its Amish-style baked goods. The project was tailored to meet the unique needs of a bakery environment, focusing on both efficiency and reliability.

Installation Details:

The project included the installation of a custom-built air handler specifically designed to handle the high demands of a bakery, where temperature control is crucial. This air handler was built to efficiently manage the baking environment, ensuring the right temperatures for both baking processes and comfort for the bakery staff. Additionally, a rooftop exhaust fan was installed, equipped with motorized dampers. This component was crucial for proper ventilation, allowing for the expulsion of heat and odors generated during baking.

System Design:

The system was designed to provide optimal air quality and temperature control. It was essential to maintain consistent temperatures to ensure the quality of baked goods and a pleasant working environment. The installation of motorized dampers allowed for precise control over the ventilation process, which is critical in a bakery setting where variations in temperature and humidity can impact the baking process.

Outcome:

The successful installation of the HVAC system by Alpine Heating & Cooling helped Troyer’s Bakery achieve a stable and controlled environment. This not only improved the efficiency of baking operations but also contributed to energy savings and better working conditions for the staff.
